Harry looking at tyrannosaurus I Drumheller Royal Tyrell Museum------------------During our visit to Drumheller there was a bad storm with tornado like winds which caused a lot of damage around as can be seen from the following picture!
Whilst in Drum we went to see the passion play which is an annual feature in Drumheller and it is held outdoors in the badlands which give a beautiful fitting background for the play.
We took a trip to the Lesser Slave Lake in central Alberta, Canada, northwest of Edmonton. It is the second largest lake entirely within Alberta boundaries (and the largest easily accessible by vehicle), covering 1,160 km (450 sq mi) and measuring over 100 km (62 mi) long and 15 km (9.3 mi) at its widest point. Lesser Slave Lake averages 11.4 m (37 ft) in depth and is 20.5 m (67 ft) at its deepest. It drains eastwards into the Athabasca River by way of the Lesser Slave River. The idea was to do a spot of fishing and the trip was enjoyed by all!

A shot at nightfall showing people going out to fish and in the following picture you can see people at the fish cleaning station cleaning their fish. The fish on the right is a Northern Pike and behind the white basin in the picture you can see the Garburator wherein virtually everything other than the fillets are thrown. I don't think anybody has heard the word Bouillabaisse or fish soup for that matter??

On the 6\7\2014 we all went to the Calgary Stampede (Cowboy Chrismas ) show
Here is a picture of Marilyn and Harry outside the Saddledome where they hold the evening show and also the Rodeo Etc. There are also the normal Carnival activities and the like. Harry specially liked the evening show which is quite spectacular!
On our return from the show at the c-train station we were amused at the cheeky girls at the station-Talk about getting flossed?
